Return Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • All custom toppers & extensions (colored/cut) are non-refundable.
  • For non-customized human hair items, we offer an exchange or return within a 3-day window of receiving.
  • Buyer pays all shipping costs in return. Returns must be postmarked within the 3 business days from the date of receiving.
  • Client sends an email to snaphairtoppers@gmail.com stating a desire to return within the 3-day grace period of the item received. (Signatures are required to receive human hair items).
  • A full refund/exchange is conditioned upon the item purchased returning in the very same condition as received. NO ALTERATIONS are permitted! This includes; coloring, cutting, use of curling iron, flat iron, a blow dryer or use of hair products, washing or spraying with water… etc.
  • Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival from the shipping carrier. We require that you contact the shipping carrier via email if the package or box arrived damaged to file a claim. If damaged by the carrier, send an email to snaphairtoppers@gmail.com including photos and your damage claim information that was filed with the carrier.
